Miami University Athletics and the Red Brick Legacy have announced a partnership, making Red Brick Legacy the official Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Collective of Miami Athletics and streamlining the process to make it easier for fans to support Miami student-athletes.
“I am both thankful and excited that a new collective has been established that will provide incredible opportunities for our student athletes,” said Director of Athletics David Sayler. “The Red Brick Legacy Collective will help to strongly position RedHawk Athletics within the ever-evolving NIL landscape while at the same time positioning the athletic department positively within our community as we assist to provide the student-athletes maximum resources within the structure of NIL.”
The Red Brick Legacy is a third-party organization that was formed to help retain student-athletes, while also empowering those same student-athletes to maximize their legacy as a part of Miami Athletics. RBL is set to become a game-changer for current and future Miami student-athletes, offering a chance to take control of their long-term legacy.
“I am thrilled to launch this NIL collective on behalf of Miami student-athletes,” said RBL Executive Director Kyle Decker. “As a former-student athlete myself, this initiative represents an opportunity to support and empower our talented athletes, providing them with the resources they deserve to excel and create a legacy of their own at Miami. It’s an honor to contribute to their success and elevate the future of Miami Athletics.”
